1. Service and scope
These terms govern the use of Battle Bingo as a browser game and Discord Activity. The provider is Marcel Kuhla · kuhla.tech; contact details are available in the legal notice. The game is currently free. There are no cash prizes; Elo, ranks and wins have no monetary value.
2. Guest access and accounts
You may play as a guest or register using an email address and password or Discord. Guest access is tied to the browser session and may not be recoverable if that session is lost. When registering, provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
Player names may be shared by multiple players and are distinguished by a #Tag. Offensive, discriminatory or unlawful names and deliberate impersonation are prohibited. Discord's terms and age requirements also apply when using the game within Discord.
3. Rules and ratings
Two players receive differently shuffled 5×5 boards. Players take turns choosing a number for their opponent. When a player receives five hits in a complete row, column or main diagonal, that player wins. Each turn lasts 90 seconds. Surrendering or exceeding the time limit may count as a loss.
Private matches do not affect the public leaderboard or Elo. Public wins by registered players count towards the leaderboard. Ranked and Unranked have separate Elo ratings. The rules and rating methods described in the interface apply.
4. Fair play
Manipulation, automated gameplay bots, exploiting security vulnerabilities, artificially generated wins and attacks on the service are prohibited. Only share lobby codes with people you wish to invite. Report bugs or security concerns through our contact page.
5. Availability and changes
Maintenance, technical faults and interruptions may occur. Uninterrupted availability and permanent retention of any particular rating are not guaranteed. Results affected by technical faults or proven manipulation may be corrected for objectively justified reasons. Statutory claims remain unaffected.
6. Ending use and restrictions
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to proportionate access restrictions. Where possible, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to respond. You may contact us with questions.
7. Liability and statutory rights
Statutory liability rules apply. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
